Ross Banna offers a 2 year warranty on all watches and jewellery from date of your purchase, we only replace items if they are defective or faulty.
The warranty does not apply to:
- General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
- Watch battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accidents
- Water damage
- Scratches, broken glass or chips
- Lost or stolen goods or parts
- Fading, discolouration or deterioration
- Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
Warranty claims require a proof of purchase, including items that have been gifted.
To make a warranty claim please contact us and provide your order number with photos of the suspected issue.
Our customer care team will determine the problem and will repair/replace the item free of charge if necessary.
